Purpose of loan: We own a growing party rental & decorating business, but wish to upgrade some of our items, consolidate some miscellaneous debt and expand the advertised areas. Our financial situation: We are both employed full time with different companies and have excellent credit ratings. The credit debt we do have is personal debt of which approximately $1,000 for my reimbursed expenses and $2,000 for related business expenses. We do have an existing prosper loan that has been set-up with direct payments. It was setup in June 2007 for $2,000 of which we owe about $1,600 so we have paid a little more than the average monthly amount. We would pay that loan off entirely and consolidate it with this loan if the rate is more competitive. The business' current credit debt is $150. We are seeking to market and advertise in additional areas of Charlotte. We have some advertising that is paid for and will continue through 2008.
