Eric's Credit Community

Purpose of loan:
Two weeks ago my sister who is 58 years old had a massive stroke, she has been in intensive care since then, while in the hospital she had a second stroke.  She lives in Corpus Christi Texas and is in the Christus Sphon Hospital.  My mother who is 80 years old lives in Missouri next door to me.  My sisters condition is very serious and we are not sure is she will survive.  My mother wants desperately to be with her daughter.  She is going to sell her home, but in order to do that she needs to have some improvements done to get top dollar.  Her home is 5 bedrooms 4 baths she owns it fee and clear. It is in a very nice area and appraised at well over 185,000.00.  I want to be able to help her be with my sister as soon as possible, so I want this loan to get her home fixed up for a fast sell.   I will do most of the work myself, this is my gift to my mother.  I too want to be with my sister but I can't afford to be off work so I go down on my days off and spend time with her. We really need your help and fast to get this done as soon as possible.  Thank you in advance for listening and helping.

My financial situation:
I work two jobs currently one at midwest airlines and another at Bass Pro Shop.  I am currently getting my home refinanced to clean up all my credit issues, that should come through very soon. Once my mothers home is sold my loans with prosper will be paid off in full.  My mother has transferred all her stuff to me with a power of attorney so that I can take care of all her business so she can be with my sister and not have to worry.  My son recently moved back home to help out with the bills. So there should be no issue with repaying the loan.  The current loan I have with prosper has never been late and the money has always been in the account.  I am not a credit risk even though my credit report might say so.  Most of the bills are medical bills from my daughter, she is very ill as well, so I know exactly what my mother is going through
