I am 29 Years old and live in San Francisco, California. I am looking for a loan in order to consolidate debt and try and reduce my payments. A couple years ago I changed careers and entered the mortgage industry. As I did this my compensation moved to a 100% commission based. The 1st year I incurred debt while building a referral network and a book of business. I was successful in this, and 6 months ago was promoted within my company to Regional Manager. I know receive a base salary and continue to earn commission on loans that I originate.Although my credit is not great, my credit problems occurred years ago. I have been working to improve my credit, and payoff my debt. Now that I have a steady stream of income I am confident I can make payments every month. My goal is to try and reduce my overall interest rate so that I can completely payoff all my debt in 3 years. |
