Purpose of loan: (explain what you will be using this loan for) Hello and thanks for looking at my listing , I am wanting to start the process of paying off my credit cards i am self/employed in the auto industry i have been rebuilding late model cars and reselling them since 17 i am now 29 , in october of 06 i was able to purchase 51 acres in a great location and have been working to get to a point where i can open a wrecking yard and had to use my credit cards to fund bussiness expenses, i have never had any late payments or defaults , i own a home which i have leased for 1350.00 a month and live rent free, My credit has opened many doors for me and i have no intention whatsoever of loseing it ,, I HAVE RELISTED THIS AND USED THE BUSSINESS USE SO I COULD RAISE THE INTEREST RATE , ON 25,000 OF CREDIT CARD DEBT I AM PAYING APPROX 1500.00 A MONTH SO THIS LOAN WILL LOWER MY PAYMENTS I MAKE .
