My school is expanding!!! I have owned and operated a preschool for over two years. My school is located in a church that was previously a high school with several classrooms. I am currently in the process of renovating two of those classrooms to make them more kid friendly. Things needed to complete this renovating include: computers, printers, television, DVD player, paint, door knobs, desks, chairs, rugs, etc... I am currently looking for a loan to help me fund my renovation as well as help me consolidate my existing high interest loans. I am a 30 year old female business owner that opened a child care center over years ago (Little Anointed Ones Learning Center) in Inglewood , California. I love what I do and am very excited that I finally found my passion. I have a Masters Degree in Psychology and have incorporated my Psychology background to develop a unique preschool curriculum. My only income source is from my childcare center. I currently bring in approximately $9,166.00 monthly after salaries and rent (for the child care center) are paid. I know that I am a good canidate for a loan through prosper because I simply pay all of my bills on time. This would be my second loan through prosper. I was awarded my first loan through prosper on 06-26-06. Since my award date, I have made it my priority to pay down my loan consistely and on time!!!
