| I decided to withdraw my listing for 15k. I am still trying to buy back my Albany territory (see recent listing) but without killing myself with more debt. I have a possible deal with the seller to manage the territory, split the profits for a time period and then assume ownership without a large debt burden. I still need some cash, yes my DTI is high but some of my debt is structured into and paid from my business. Thank you to everyone that bid. |
