I would like to thank you for taking your time to view and consider my listing. I assure you that if my loan is funded, and you place your confidence in me and bid, you will never regret your decision.
I am 42 years old, have been married for 14 years to a terrific woman 8 years my junior, we have two children ages 11 and 4.
I have been with my current employment for 16 years.

Purpose of loan:

This loan will be used to consolodate several high interest loans and credit cards into a more manageable monthly payment, and to pay for my Wifes College Tuition. She is a Nursing Student at a major University, with just over a year left until she graduates. She has remained an Honor Student on the Deans List thus far into her 3rd year in college. By consolodating these loans and credit cards, it will also free up $250+ dollars per month that we plan to put into savings, giving us an extra cushion in case of emergency.

My financial situation:
The company that I work for was bought out by Westinghouse recently and we have been told that there is over $53 million in back-logged work and to expect to be extremely busy after the first of the year. A very large percentage of this work is out of the country and whenever I work out of the country, my pay almost doubles.

We are attempting to increase our FICO Scores by consolidating all of our loans and credit cards leaving only this payment, our mortgage pymt., our two vehicles and normal utilities. Our ultimate goal is to pay off this loan, our home and vehicles within the next three years leaving us in a prime financial position to begin saving and investing in a College Education for both of our children and also for our retirement. In just over a year, my wife graduates Nursing School and will begin her career as a nurse. We plan to continue utilizing my income to live off of, and her income to pay off our home, vehicles, and remaining debt, a plan that we believe will be accomplished within 2 to 2 1/2 years from the time she begins Nursing.

My credit history clearly shows a very established, "Clean" history and capacity to manage my financial obligations. Although I show a high DTI and a "C" rating, you must understand, the House and Both vehicles are in my name as my wife is a Full Time Nursing Student with no income. She graduates in just over a year.
Risk to investors here is low, while your reward is sufficiently worthwhile.
I would like to thank you for considering my loan request, and for your confidence. I am a good investment that you can trust and count on and I promise that if you bid on my listing, I Will Not let you down.
Making my payments on time will be my top priority each month, and as you can see from my financial details, I will have the money to do it.
