I was fully funded when the listing was canceled due to a technicality.  I re-listed with a $1 income and concomitantly skewed DTI, and nearly got fully funded again.  Thank you for your bids and trust in me. I have tried to give you a sense of urgency in my listings because of the nature of my business opportunity. There is a deadline involved.  But more importantly, I want to convey my belief that when one window of opportunity closes another will open. 

The proceeds of this loan will allow me to close a substantial investment for a company I have grown, taking it from a seedling to a very viable business, attractive-enough for investors to capitalize fully in such a tight economy.  It?s been a goal I?ve worked on for nearly fours years and my rewards will come accordingly.

But in return, I want my bidders to benefit as well with a fixed interest rate. I respect but am I have reworked my budget for a slightly less amount than originally listed and with my verified household income I can guarantee I will continue a perfect Prosper record. 

However it is my intent to pay off all of Prosper and my other debt completely after my company?s funding.  I also make the commitment to help those who have helped me. One never forgets moments like this, neither will I.

Our Monthly Household Income          $12,000

Expenses: $3500 (Mortgage), $2000 (Credit Card plans), $500 (Other), $190 (Prosper).
