Purpose of loan: I purchased a Park Model vacation home in St. George Utah for $100,000.00 (including land). I payed cash for the full amount. I am currently having an addition built for more room. This is approx. $30,000.00 and I am short $9000. I could use my overdraft and visa credit card along with selling some vacation to come up with the remaining cash, however I would rather not use those resources. My financial situation: I am a Registered Nurse which is a profession in high demand. I am in a solid financial situation and work approx. 10 hours overtime per week, which would allow me to pay off this loan in about 12 months. I did not list a co borrower....but I am married and also have additional income to help with expenses. Monthly net income: $ 6,200. Monthly expenses: $ Housing: $ 2500. Insurance: $ 135.
