Purpose of loan: Debt refi on here has potential for better rate than a home equity line. My financial situation: IS GREAT- LOOK i have at 24% DTI when you factor in my wifes income and the extra $$ teaching PIANO i can't prove- I teach clients debt consolidation and retirement planning for a living as a Licensed Financial Specialist for Wachovia. I am selling my house @ January as soon as it sells I have no more Debt!! I have been borrowing since I was 18 and as you can see have never been late or missed a payment. I am doing this loan because I have clients come in my office every day who are happy with a 4.5% return on their CD's and I am not stupid enough to pay more than 7% when i can get a 7.5% line through my bank on my house.
