Purpose of loan: I'd like to reinvest in prosper. I'm interested in experiencing the borrowing process as well as the lending process, and want to see if it is possible to create a return by reinvesting. I'm very fascinated by the prosper model and want to participate from both sides and also create some history for when I may really need a loan. My financial situation: I have multiple sources of income, including two regular part time jobs, consulting work, and investment property that generates positive cash flow. I have over $400k in stocks and mutual funds. Monthly net income: $ 7095 Job #1) $2500 (pre-tax) Job #2) $3500 (post-tax) Investment prop $1095 Monthly expenses: $ 5242 Housing: $ 4022 (3092 home + 930 investment property) Insurance: $ 0 (dental/medical paid for by work, home included in home owner fees/paid up front for investment property) Car expenses: $ ~100 (I walk to work, and own a car but don't use it much, so this is a high estimate) Utilities: $ 30 (only PG&E, i like to conserve power, water included w/ home owner fees) Phone, cable, internet: $ 90 Food, entertainment: $ 600 Clothing, household expenses $ 200 Credit cards and other loans: $ 0 Other expenses: $ 200 |
