During the day I work fulltime as a Financial Manager for Residential Mortgage Fund, Inc. based in Irvine, CA. I attended the De La Salle University located in Manila, Philippines where I graduated with a double major in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Computer Applications.

In addition, I am also a web designer and entrepreneur with my heart still calling for design instead of accounting. My creative design studio, www.BestGet.com is currently operating part-time, but with increased client demands and an abundance of upcoming projects, I need to hire a few more graphic artists and upgrade my computer system to handle heavy graphic software. The studio specializes in web design and print media and is aiming to develop 3D animation projects as well.

I have always been self-driven, very determined and passionate about whatever I undertake and believe I will be quite successful with my own business. I just need help to get startup capital to finally expand my dream into a reality. Once I have the design studio operating fulltime and producing a dramatic increase in revenue, I will finally be able to concentrate on what I really love to do.

Being a single mom, I am a strong and independent person. My darling precious daughter is 4 years old; I work hard and I am doing my best to secure for her a financially sound future.

If I am fortunate to be granted a loan through Prosper, the funds will be used to payoff three of my credit cards with the highest interest rate (the rest all have low interest rates) and as business expansion funds for the following:

Monthly Net Income: I earn $4,837/mo. net from my position as a Financial Manager and approximately $2,000 from my web design studio, for a combined total of $6,837. My rental property brings in an additional $3,250 per month.

I have excellent an “A” credit grade and have never late on any of my payments. I keep my word and promise that I will pay my Prosper loan accordingly and promptly. In addition to my primary home, which I own, I also have a real estate investment located in the Financial District of New York City that is occupied and rented in which the equity is growing. That property is for my retirement and I don’t want to borrow against it. My daytime position as an accountant plus my current design projects currently sustains me and my daughter’s living expenses.
