Thank you for taking the time to read this listing. I would like to do some simple room remodeling and redecorating at home. I have six children whose rooms could use some updating. We are also trying to refit one room as a computer room and another as a study/play room. We'd like to complete the work before the arrival of winter weather. It's hard to keep the paint fumes manageable when you need to keep all of the windows closed to stay warm! I am gainfully employed as a UNIX Systems Administrator for a large web hosting company. I've been with this company for over 5 and 1/2 years. I believe my good credit rating speaks for itself. I have worked hard to obtain my A credit rating. I am a responsible provider and father, and that responsibility has translated into diligent money-management. While it may seem that I have a fairly high debt to income ratio, we live in a very low cost-of-living area and we make due very well. We are well budgeted and live within our means as a general rule. My wife and I generally try to avoid debt, however there are occasionally unforeseen difficulties. We've unfortunately had to spend our surplus cash on expenses we hadn't planned on at the beginning of the year. We traveled to California for my brother's wedding and had a few trips to the emergency room. I fully intend to pay this debt off within 1 calendar year. I received a sizeable tax return last year and anticipate another next year, based on the small changes in status compared year over year. Tax return monies would go to pay this debt. Thank you for your consideration! |
