Purpose of loan: My husband and I moved in this house 15 years ago. We worked mostly on the bedrooms, and backyard. We want to fix up a kitchen, along with a bathroom that are way overdue for remodeling. My financial situation: At the moment, I am ok financially. My husband just started a new job. For that reason, we do not want to refinance (with money out) our home. Please help me in my quest for this loan, my house needs work. I know that we can handle the payments, with my husband new job. The problem here is I have no verification for his net income, hence ?New Job?. Monthly net income is including my husband income. My husband credit is tarnished from his fathers credit history. They have the same exact name.
