Relisted at higher interest rate! The loan will be used to pay my income tax differential (due to a Salary Bonus received in 2005) and to pay off a higher interest credit card balance. I do not anticipate any problem paying back this loan and I expect to pay off this loan in advance of the 3-year term. I am an Engineering Supervisor/Manager by profession, employed by GE Energy since 2000. My annual income is over $115,000 and my Debt to Income Ratio is less than 10%. Additionally, my hard assets include $35k in my 401k and a paid-off 1996 Corvette. Screen shots of my pay stub and 401k account balance are attached. I have a "C" credit rating due to unresolved credit card accounts from divorce settlement. These accounts were assigned to my ex-spouse as part of our divorce settlement in 2001, however, my ex-spouse subsequently declared bankruptcy. I have maintained perfect credit since 2001. |
