Purpose of loan: Hi! The purpose of the loan will be to pay off credit cards balance as well as helping me expand my business. I just turn 30 and I think it's the perfect time to do so. I need a loan of $18 000. I?m tutoring foreign languages to kids since 2003. I provide the best way to learn a new language?a complete immersion. Actually I need more foreign languages (french, Chinese, Spanish) toys and games. I also need to hire a Chinese tutor because the demand for Chinese lessons increase. My financial situation: My situation is really good. My husband has the « stable job » as a nurse and I?m working hard to manage my business. We have a verified household income of more than $ 100 000 but it?s difficult to prove a self-employed salary. We own a 2 story house in Pearland, Texas. In repaying credit cards balance, I?ll have an extra $700 a month to repay the loan.. I will be able to welcome more kids in my business. My prediction is to get 200 members who pay $50 a month. Monthly net income: $ According to Prosper, I have a personal monthly income of $1250 Monthly expenses: $ Life Insurance: $ 40.00 Food, entertainment: $ 100.00 Clothing, household expenses $ 300.00 Credit cards and other loans: $ 300.00, my husband pay $400.00 As you can see, my DTI will drop with the loan.
