Thanks for considering our loan! Purpose of the loan: My wife and I are renovating our dream home that we purchased last year after getting married. The home was built in 1895 and was left vacant for five years prior to our purchase. The home had so much potential and just needed some TLC to restore its beauty. We have been working diligently for 1 1/2 years and are close to finishing our large renovation. This loan will give us the final capital needed to finish the renovation and completely restore a historic piece of history in our quiet neighborhood. My financial situation: We are hard working dedicated people with a sense of personal responsibility. We both pay our debts in full and on time as you will notice in my credit rating. We currently have a smaller Prosper loan that is current and has been paid on time every month. Both of us are well employed and enjoy the work that we do tremendously.
