Purpose of loan: I would like to try Prosper out from the borrower perspective. After talking to a few smart and wonderful people on Prosper I decided to remove my last listing and try to get a larger loan to use to pay-off my last credit card balance. I have done this before on two previous credit cards that I had before I was married. Now, with your help, I plan to fully pay-off this last portion of my family's unsecured debt. I am tired of dealing with Citibank, and I look forward to helping out my fellow investers. My financial situation: Active duty military for 12 years and have at least 8 more to go. I am currently the pay grade of E-7, but will be an O-1E in a few years. I have repaid one new car loan and one used car loan off in that time. I have also repaid a few student loans. I did not miss a single payment on either car loan or the student loans. I am currently working on paying off my family's CC debt. My average monthly payment to the CC company has been $548.11. With this loan, my monthly payment will be around $525. I have already set up a direct deposit to my account that will cover the loan payments. Please feel free to ask me any questions.
