Hello and thank you for taking the time to read this. I am going to keep this short. What matters to you is your return on investment. I will be paying you 18%!! Where else are you going to get a guaranteed 18%!!? I am a loan officer as well as a full time investor. This loan will be used to add to my portfolio as well as real estate. All my stocks/funds are up 40% YTD even with the dip in the market we have seen over the last couple months. Depending on my own return I may pay this loan off early.
