Purpose of loan:
An opportunity has come up and I would like to borrow money to fund an investment.  My ROI on the investment is expected to be higher than my cost of capital (cost of Prosper loan) so I would like to borrow to supplement my contribution.  Any money left over will be donated to the Elwood the Pug Facelift Fund.

My financial situation:
My credit history is long and pristine.  As you can see from my credit profile, I pay my bills and carry almost no debt; my only debt is $1600 left on a hybrid vehicle I bought new in 2003 and the rest is credit card debt which I payoff in full each month.  Payments will deduct from my account with 100's of K in assets.

I earn a high income and am also one of Prosper's best subprime lenders by ROI, see below (not borrowing to lend though given my track record, can probably do that profitably):

Finally, I am highly educated holding a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from UC Berkeley and a MBA in New Tech Marketing thus ensuring a high and steady income.
