Purpose of loan: Relending at a riskier rate My financial situation: I don't really need this loan, but I can leverage a really great interest rate. Monthly net income: $ $600 spending/investment money ( most of my money goes to my wife to pay the bills, build up emergency savings, and pay extra towards to principle on our house). I also get monthly payments on existing prosper loans. Most of this goes to pay my last loan, which is now at about $800. If I get over my head, I can just crack opened some bond funds or stocks which are down a little. I have enough invested in traditional means to easily pay this off. Monthly expenses: $ Prosper Loan at $96 month Netflix $15 month Thanks for considering me, please check out my current lender performance on Eric's Credit Community. Unless quite a few on my own loans start going bad, I intend to pay a few months ahead and then pretty much keep this for the whole three years, not paying it off too far in advance. If I am not making a profit, I will pay it down quicker until the numbers make sense. |
