Looking to pay down debt and reduce interest payments. No late payments in the past 7 years, homeowner, steady employment. I have the cash the pay back the loan, but prefer not to cash in those investments (average 15% annual return). I have always maintained credit card balances, but am looking to change habits and pay cash only. In the meantime, would prefer interest paid to go towards other investors rather than the credit card companies.
