Purpose of loan:When my industry (real estate) went sideways, we lost our pipeline from lenders going bankrupt. There were no other programs available, so we lost the transactions. We were dead in the water. Because we are a full service company and believe in building relationships, we have sustained and are rebuilding and helping as many people as we can to recover from the mess that was made. In the meantime, we need cash while waiting for the new transactions to close. I say we, because I have a team of 7 that I'm responsible for and we're all working together to turn this around. No one has given up and we are determined to help not only ourselves, but others who have been affected as well. My financial situation: Even though I have a lot out on credit, I have always paid as agreed. My history on my credit report shows that. I was also blessed, in that I was raised by a grandfather who dealt on a handshake. Whatever he said, you could put it in the bank. So for me my word is gold...it's my honor.
