Hello and thank you for taking the time to look at my listing. My name is Matthew and I have been lending and borrowing on Prosper for about a year now. I am currently enlisted in the Army and since arriving home from a year-long deployment in Iraq, I have purchased a huge home in Killeen, Texas, thanks to the lenders on this site. I have spent the last two months renovating this foreclose that I got for a great price. I plan on refinancing this house very soon. I would like to borrow this money to pay off the credit cards that I used to repair this property. By doing this, I will be able to get the best rate possible when I refinance my house in TX and my rental properties in MA. I also intend to purchase 3 fully rented duplexes in Waco. I will use most of this money as a down payment. I currently earn $43,000 a year and my wife Luci is a Loan Officer who averages around $4,500 a month. I also bring in $2,450.00 gross - $1,100.00 net rental income, that is not figured into my DTI. This will be the second loan that we have made on this site. We have never missed a payment and we never will. The repayment of this loan would not be an issue for us. Thank you for your consideration.
