Purpose of loan: Thank you for looking at my listing. I?d like to consolidate my credit card bills so that I can refinance my home and pull out some of the equity to pay off this loan and do some much needed home improvements and car repairs. I am a firm believer in the "law of reciprocity" and intend to become a lender in the future. My financial situation: I have an excellent payment history on all of my credit cards and mortgage - no lates. At this point, I am unable to refinance my home right now because of my high credit card balances. If I can consolidate them into this one loan, I will be able to refinance within a year. I am ok with a higher interest since I am unable to tap into my home?s equity and will not be able to do so unless I can consolidate my bills through prosper.com.
