Hello, My family and I were victims of Hurricane Katrina and lost everything. I am 98% complete with renovating my new home and was able to purchase it at a steal in a Prime beautiful New Orleans location. My home is worth over $250,000 (per a lic. appraisal), which I purchased and renovated for right at $175,000. I only owe $164, 000 and plan on performing a cash out refi to pay off credit card bills, buy new furniture, replenish my bank account and fully landscape the property. The only problem is I obtained credit cards and loans to complete the home and since my cards are near their limits, my credit score has dropped. My plans are to pay off all my revolving debt with the money so my credit score can increase, than refi, and pay this loan off if it is funded. As you can see I have no late payments on my credit report. Here are my bills.
