Purpose of loan: I own a snow & ice removal company and we have experienced a significant growth in the number of snowplowing/salting accounts that we have signed up for the upcoming winter. I am going to use the money to purchase a new snowplow and salt/sander for our equipment. About Our Business: Our company services 100% commercial accounts and our customers sign legal contract for all work performed. We have 35% more accounts this winter signed up than last winter. Our customers pay on a "per push" or "per occurrence" basis. Last winter we plowed our commercial lots approximately 12 times and salted them 21 times. We also contract out and provide hand shoveling and de-icing of sidewalk area, and we haul snow off large properties to remote locations. We do a lot of snow removal, and are in the process of increasing our in-house equipment that we will be using this winter. Why am I a good candidate for loan: I have good credit and have always paid my bills on time. I do not anticipate having trouble paying for the equipment over a three year period, it is just hard to have to pay for equipment up front before it has had a chance to make you money. My financial situation is good, I just don't want to go through the hassle of using a leasing company or using credit cards. |
