Purpose of loan:
To pay of high interest credit card debt which has built up due to some house renovations, a large unforeseen auto expense and my dog getting sick (which added over $4000.00!  I rescued her, and I guess, as they say: No good deed goes unpunished.  She is healthy now, by the way).  This is my second attempt, and I want to thank all of you who had me 65% funded last time.

My financial situation:
I own a four unit building which is fully rented.  I am in a college area (University of New Hampshire) and have not had any trouble keeping the apartments full with year leases based on the school year.  I have been employed in an small but busy architectural office for 8 years with a good retirement plan in which I have about $28,000.00 at the moment.  I only just realized after things settled down how crazy the interest rate on my cards are - from 21.99 to 23.99%.

Monthly net income: $ 2675.00

Monthly expenses: $ 1660.00 (less credit cards)
Housing: $ 400.00 (my portion of mortgage payment after rents)
  Insurance: $ 50.00
  Car expenses: $ 400.00
Utilities: $ 20.00 (utilities are covered by rents)
  Phone, cable, internet: $ 90.00
  Food, entertainment: $ 400.00
  Clothing, household expenses $ 100.00
  Other expenses: $ 100.00
  Savings/Unforeseen expenses $100.00

Amount I currently put towards credit cards: $1000.00 (with close to half going to interest)
