Busy, hard-working professional in search of a little assistance meeting some present financial concerns. I am currently employed (for the past 7 years) by a very close friend at an independent escrow company in Southern California. I'm blessed to have 100% job security! However, I did not feel entirely comfortable going to my employer with a request of this kind. Sometime lifes throws up hurdles: car repair, root canal, etc...I am currently in a situation where I made a few short term loans, and borrowed from a close friend who needs the money back right away. These were not long term installment loans like I would have wished. I am a stable, self-supporting woman who has not always made the best financial decisions in the past. I am trying to remedy that now. I would appreciate the opportunity to prove myself here. Ideally, I would like to regain financial control, put some money into my 401K (which is currently reciving no contributions), and pave the way for a secure tomorrow.
