Purpose of loan: Recently with the help of my parents I was able to purchase my own home. As a 20 years old college student I am happy to be called a home owner, but my house is in need of a few repairs. Although my dad and I can do the bulk of the repairs, there are exterior issues that need to be addressed, as well as carpeting and air conditioning. My financial situation: I am currently working 35 hours a week on my first job and 15 on a second and have signed a contract with a roommate for $400 per month. My parents have also agreed to pay my student loan while I finish the restoration of my home. I do not have any revolving debt, credit cards( my dad would kill me), or car payment and as soon as I file for Homestead exemption my mortgage will decrease by $150. Monthly net income: $ 1300 Monthly expenses: $ Housing: $ 200 ($400 from roommate) Insurance: $ 0 Car expenses: $0 Utilities: $ 75 Phone, cable, internet: $ 100 Food, entertainment: $ 120 Clothing, household expenses $25 Credit cards and other loans: $ 50 Other expenses: $ 0 As you can see, I will have more than enough to pay my prosper loan and I want to thank you in advance for your trust. |
