Thank you for checking out my request! Purpose of loan: I will be going into business with a partner that has over 30 years of experience in the real estate business. I will use this money for my part of the business which is developing a logo, website, marketing, business cards and general startup cost. My financial situation: I am retired from the Post Office (33.7 Years) and have a steady retirement check. I became a realtor 2 weeks after I retired and met my partner after taking a new construction class from him. He and I took over a new home subdivision and have now decided to go into business together. He had a real estate business but due to health problems had to give it up. I have always paid my bills on time and my wife still works at the Post Office and deposits $645.00 to my checking account every 2 weeks, which I can document. If I could use this as income my DTI ratio would look much better. Monthly net income: $ 2450.00 (retirement check) plus $645.00 bi-weekly (from my wife) and sales of homes etc. Monthly expenses: $ Housing: $ 1785.00 Insurance: $ 107. Car expenses: $ 572.
