We have been asked about the delinquencies on our credit report. Seven years ago I was in an accident, which put me out of work, and the medical bills added up quickly. I should have filed bankruptcy but stuck with the altered payment schedules and paid almost everyone off. There were a handful of unscrupulous collectors who would take nothing but full payment and harassed us until we finally asked them to never call back and they would never receive a dime. These purchasers of our credit posted the delinquencies and they will be off within the next 18 months. Our combined income is over $250,000/year and we have no car, boats or motorcycle payments. We carry only one credit card each, which is paid off each month. We look forward to being a part of this community, lending in the near future. RELIST: We have purchased a new waterfront home near the Kemah Boardwalk. We would like to convert our Hill Country home into a Scrapbook Retreat. We have a little over 3000 sf of home to work with sitting on 2.5 acres. There is an addition to the home in the rear which needs to be finished to provide enough space for "Scappers" to layout their supplies. The layout of the home provides sleeping for up to 24 people and will supply 5 ft tables for each person. We will also be using the money to purchase beds, tables, chairs, dining tables, dining chairs, advertising, website, marketing, etc. |
