Purpose of loan:
Im in need of a quick loan to build a pole barn. Ive leased my unused pasture but need a barn. Barn will be used to board 3 horses. The owners of the horses
are leasing the barn and pasture for 2 years at $150 per horse, per month. They also say they may add one more horse in the spring.
My financial situation:
The lease of this barn and pasture will actually pay for this loan. I in return will recieve the equity of a barn. As well as a continued source
of income after loan is payed off.
The lease is bringing in $450 per month.
If for any reason they broke the lease i could board other horses to complete paying off the loan , however
i could cover it without doing so if needed. My income is around $3000 a month. My living expense is around $1700 a month
Monthly net income: $ $3000 not including this barn lease.
Keep in mind also i make $3,000 because thats all i need. I work currently
monday through thur. As a contractor i can add projects anytime.
Monthly expenses: $
Housing: $ mortgage is $1340 however lower level is currently rented for $625. I pay balance of $715
Insurance: $ 100
Car expenses: $ 140
Utilities: $ 200
Phone, cable, internet: $ 80
Food, entertainment: $ 200
Credit cards and other loans: $ 300 ( truck and small C.C. )
I tried prosper once before to consolidate credit cards and revolving debt. After several relists it still
went unfunded. That was several months ago. I ened up just paying off the debt myself. Was easier. I now have gone from a D score then to a B score now.
And from 25,000 in revolving debt to only about 2,000. Was not really planning to relist this. Im allready approved to take the money out of my house. The rate is good at 10% but $3,900 in closing costs??? For a $9,000 barn????? OUCH. If i have to ill do it. I signed the lease with these folks...and more important they have my word they will have a barn. I have enough time to run this listing one more time...so lets all band together and bid on this and help me out? You an save me a couple grand. I would much appreciate it. Oh....the checking account is ready to be verified...i guess i need to get up to %5 funded to start it though.
