About Us: Have listed before but have had many questions about us and wanting more details in order to get listed. We are a family of 5. My name is Stacey and my husbands name is Kenneth. We have been married for 10 years and have three kids. We adopted our first two kids and I just gave birth to our new son. He was born early and had to spend the first two months of his life in the hopital because his lungs were not fully developed. We both have been at the same jobs for the last 8 plus years. Our annual income is $80,000 plus per year. We currently have a mortgage debt and two small auto payments. Have never needed extra funds and only need some now to help offset Hospital bills that we are currently receiving. Negative Credit Information: The first time we listed for our loan we were classified as a D rating and at that time we were only 6 points from being a C. When I signed up on this site I only used my information when creating our profile. The DTI information is listed with just my income but I did list all of our outgoing which is why it is incorrect. My mistake when creating and I have had no such luck in getting this corrected with Prosper. Our current DTI is now around 18%. I have three negative factors currenly on my credit. Two of these are associated with our current situation and one is something that has been on my credit since I was 21. 9 years and 6 months to be exact. It is a judgement due to a medical insurance issue. This is paid in full and set to come off in Februaty of 2007. The other two are a late payment on a credit card and a hospital charge off. Why We Are Here: Asking for $1600 to pay off high interest credit card that we had to use with the birth of our son. This is a very high interest rate card(29.9%-36%) and our current minimum monthy payment is $126. The Prosper loan will pay this off and establish another positive credit line for us.
