I am getting this loan in order to purchase 10 acres of land and a cabin in northern Michigan. I am splitting this with two partners as a vacation getaway. The deed will be in all three names and nobody will be able to put a lien against the property because everyone has their own source of funding. The property will be rented out on occasion to others which will go right into my payment. I work at a local appliance store delivering appliances as well as in sales. I work 40+ hours a week and bring in minimum of $1,900/month and more depending on overtime. I moved back in with my parents as it is VERY CHEAP :D My truck is paid for and my only real expenses are gas and insurance, I mooch off of my parents for everything else. The revolving credit line is all backed up by a CitiBank 5% interest savings account. I have $1400 on a Chase Rewards O% card which will remain 0% until next June. The other 2 cards I have one is BP Gas card and a Citi Dividen Card but both cards are paid off in full every month. I decided I might as well make money off the bank while they are willing to hold a balance at 0% so I created the Citi Savings account with 5% return and filled it with whatever is on my Chase card. I don't make a lot of money from it but its definitely better than not taking what I believe is free money.
