Purpose of loan: The reason I need this loan is to pay off my car loan that still has my ex-husband on the loan. He is first on the loan so all of the good payment history is going to his credit rating. Also, my tags and registration renew on his birthday and are mailed to his address. I can not change any of this with him being the primary on the loan. I would like to have my Ex completely out of my financial business. Before my divorce I had a credit rating of 750. I now have 2 delinquencies on my credit which I am having to fight because they are my ex-husbands and have nothing to do with me. I need to have control back in my life especially with my finances. My financial situation: I am financially stable and believe in paying my bills first before spending on entertainment or wants. I value this and try to teach my children the same value of money and spending. I have had the same job for 8 years and make very good money. I have not been late on a bill in over 10 years. As I stated before I do have 2 negs on my credit right now but I am in the process of fighting to get them taken off. It is not an easy task!
