Purpose of loan: **Note** this is a re-list. I originally thought it was a good idea to combine everything into one payment, but my auto loan rate is less than it looked like this would end up so I'm pulling that out of my request and will payout the loan as originally scheduled. I am a homeowner, an RN for 23 years and the retirement light at the end of the tunnel is getting brighter. This loan will cover a small remaining balance for a 403b loan that I used for the down payment on my house. The rate it relatively low, but the $3704.62 balance has almost a $300 per month payment. I will also payoff new windows at Home Depot installed with their 6 months, zero interest program. The original amount was just under $8,000 and I have it paid down to $5,800. There is no current monthly payment, but when the interest free period ends, they wham you with all the back interest. I want to be ready to pay that off in full. I am starting at the highest allowable rate hoping it will bid down if/when the request is fully funded. **The DQ** The best I can guess on the DQ is that it is a medical co-pay bill that slipped through the cracks. Everything is current as of today. The DTI seems high, because all the bills are in both names and this doesn't figure in my husband's income of $92K My financial situation: I have been an R.N. for 23 years. I have never been out of work and have been with the same hospital, (Level one trauma hospital) for 15 years+. My husband makes $92K per year that is not reflected in these numbers. Our kids are getting older, heading to college and we have our eye on the early retirement prize. Monthly net income: $ 5,167 (plus hubby's $92K) Monthly expenses: $ Housing: $ 0.00 (hubby picks up the mortgage with his salary) Insurance: $ 150.00 Car expenses: $ 100.00 gas & maintenance only (payment is $414 but Hubby's income takes care of that) Utilities: $ 200.00 Phone, cable, internet: $ 120.00 Food, entertainment: $ 200.00 Clothing, household expenses $ 100.00 Credit cards and other loans: $0 Other expenses: $ |
