Purpose of loan: I will reinvest into prosper. I'm looking for a 5% ROI using someone else?s money. I'm curious to see how this will work! My financial situation: I've been partially self-employed since 1999 but completely self-employed since 2003. I deliver early morning newspapers and I run my Landscape Company during the day. I constantly play the credit card game, transferring between accounts that offer the best terms and interest rate. With the credit card proceeds, I trade in the equities markets. I like the idea of using other people's money to grow my own. To be honest, I don?t do all that well with stocks, but I do make enough to pay my monthly credit card debt + interest. My wife and I split most of the monthly expenses, including the mortgage. Monthly net income: $ 3692 (about $1000 of this is from my landscape business and I don?t have proof) Monthly expenses:$ Housing: $ 1400 (My wife pays half of this) Insurance: $ 350 Car expenses: $ 354 Utilities: $ 175 Phone, cable, internet: $ 100 Food, entertainment: $ 200 Clothing, household expenses: $ 50 Other expenses: $ 100 Total expenses: $ 2729 Credit cards and other loans: $ 1100 (This gets paid from my brokerage account which is not included in my income) |
