Purpose of loan: We have been in our new home for a year now, and it is time to 'tidy' up some straggling (although current) bills and consolidate them into a single payment. My financial situation: My husband and I work full time (and overtime) all our accounts are on time but it would meke everything easier if we could consolidate the pesky little credit cards and personal loans into a single monthly payment. I am finally recovering from unauthorized use on my credit cards, all the cards that were compromised have been closed and paid off and my new accounts show all current, with payments more than the minimum each month. This is raising my credit score, slowly but surely, as well as demonstrating that i always pay my bills - even when I am not actually responsible for them.
