Purpose of loan: I have money invested in prosper already and now I would like to see how the borrowing side is. I am going to invest the money in updating my personal and buisness websites. And send out some brochures. My financial situation: I beleive I am a excellent candidate to lend to because I have a steady job as a firefighter in the greatest city. I also sell real estate as well and that money isn't even calculated in to my finances here. And the best reasons that I am no risk is that I would never ruin my credit, and the City of New York has no problem garnishering my paycheck if someone wins a claim against me. I am still doing very well in real estate even in this down market thanks in good part to my websites. |
