We are almost done and need a more for the flooring and electrical. My financial situation: (explain why you are a good candidate for paying back this loan) I have a great income and a great reason for the loan. I am high seniority at my job with contracted raises of 4-5% a year. I also have money invested in CD's and a money market account if I have to go that way.
