I hope things are going well for you. I would like to first thank you for taking the time to look at my loan listing. As you can see, I have excellent credit and own a home. In addition to my personal information, I currently own and operate 2 separate businesses. I have been lending with Prosper for several years. I am interested in borrowing the money to reinvest it back into Prosper at a higher rate. I plan to continue re-investing in Prosper without taking any profits in order to grow my investment portfolio. I have completed this once already, and this will be my 2nd time. Prior to entering my information into Prosper, my debt ratio was 19%, however, after the $10,000 is accounted for, my debt ration increased to 26%. My monthly payment will be approximately $325, and will not be any problem, even if my Prosper investment doesn?t work out. I own 2 businesses outside of my Prosper Investment. One business is a family business that I am President and CEO. The other business is a property management company that I started in 2000 and currently holds a real estate investment of approximately $1,500,000.
