Purpose of loan: I would like to secure some rights to a hydro electricity project. My financial situation: I have a good job at an investment banking firm making 10K in a poor month. All of my extra money goes into the investments we create there. If I loose the job I can live off of my investments until I get another job. I plan to pay this loan off when I sell some of my stocks. I prefer waiting until they meet my goals or when I have enough extra money that it does not make sense to collect 5% money market while borrowing at prosper rates.
