I studied Economics with a concentration in Computer Science in College. Been Self-Employed for 7 yrs and been in Real Estate Sales and development for the last 5 yrs with allot of success. The latest Real Estate fall out has not affected me at all. The Reasons why I will pay back are 1) I am used to obtaining such small loans at even higher rates that are due back in 30 days or less. I plan on paying back in 90 days or less because I want to create a high level of trust on this forum 2) I have my credit to protect to secure millions of dollars in loans for my development project so I will not jeopardize this loan. 3) I need this money to facilitate soft cost expenses for my latest development project of 8 acres of pristine land as well as expand my property management operations. I have had a deluge of investors signed on due to the weakness in homeownership these days, it?s cheaper to rent. 4) Development is not my only source of income, infact I excel at sales and well as property management. 5) Based on my past credit history everyone can judge for themselves that I am a pretty trust worthy businessman.
