I'm interested to purchase a hair salon for $15,000, the wife has owned three salons in the past and has managed and been a master hair stylist for the past twent years. She currently has a customer base of approximately 300 people with an income of about 5k monthly. She will operate the salon with the current two employees collecting rent from the stations equaling $1320 montly with the salon rent of only 1300.00. The salon is located near many medical offices and hospitals and small businesses and residential homes, the homes in the area are approximately 300k value. She is energetic and great at her job to the point that she always has clientel for this business. She will operate the salon as her primary job and is interested to expand with time.
