This loan is for business purposes. I currently own a business that is 18 months old. We are doing very well and growing. We currently have a 25k line of credit with Bank of America, we need a 25k increase for cash flow because of our growth. Unfortunately every bank in America wants to see 2 years tax returns, kind of hard to do when your only 18 months old. I have excellent credit. Although I don't know why I have a B rating. (Last month when I did my first Prosper loan they gave me an A credit score. Now I have a B? Nothing has changed, it was only 30 days ago and I've made all my payments... weird.) The only debt I carry is my mortgage, a student loan, and this 25k from Bank of America. Everything it auto drafted and I've never missed a payment in 10 years. This loan will probably be paid back in 1 year. If anyone has any questions please feel free to ask. |
