I am president and owner of Comadres, Inc., a 20-yr old Chicago-based multicultural marketing firm. We provide cross-cultural & international marketing services to corporations such as: Quaker Oats, Citibank, Sears, Kraft, Sears, Sara Lee, Bank of America & Macy's. Visit us at www.comadres-inc.com. I earned a BA in Marketing at La Universidad Complutense, Madrid, and graduated cum laude with a Business degree from DePaul University, Chicago. My personal and business background, along with years of experience, have given me keen insights and awareness to effectively reach a variety of markets. With our good name and tremendous record of accomplishment, the company is now expanding rapidly. Our newest clients are Humana Insurance & Advocate Health Care. The goal in obtaining a loan from Prosper, is to consolidate a large portion of my business credit card debt into one monthly payment. Explanation of Past Delinquencies: In 2002 my beloved husband Leo became terminally ill. My business took a back seat while I cared for him. The high cost of his medical treatment sent us into debt. I liquidated our investments followed by heavy credit card use. Leo passed away a year ago and since then I have paid back all medical bills and credit card debt accumulated, and all vendors associated with a client who filed for bankruptcy. Regretfully, that unexpected bankruptcy sent me scrambling. I could have filed for bankruptcy myself, but that was NEVER an option. I sold personal assets to make sure all the vendors were paid. In past years, BankOne falsely reported delinquencies & I had to pay exhorbitant interest rates which tripled our debt. Chase also falsely reported a bankruptcy; and they recently transferred my deceased husband?s accounts into my name. My attorneys say that is illegal. My Prosper group leader vetted 2003/2006 apology letters from BankOne and Chase stating their error & confirming removal of the Chapter 11 bankruptcy notation from my credit reports. I am working with my lawyers to have the multiple false delinquencies removed from my credit files as well. My debt-to-income ratio is high as business & personal debt are mixed together. The ratio uses my personal salary as comparison and doesn?t take into account our growing business income. Monthly Net Business Income: $12,000 Monthly Expenses Loan: $9,995 Payments to Me: $5,000 Office Space: $2,762 Business Utilities: $200 Bank Loan: $240 Home Depot: $27 Credit cards: $1,300 State Farm Insurance: $66 Entertainment: $200 Misc. Business Expenses: $200 As you can see, I will have $2,000 left with which to pay my Prosper loan. I want to assure lenders that their investment is quite safe. I am an excellent candidate for this loan; I have always been very responsible and reliable about paying ALL debts. My credit history, which is closely tied to my business credit, has always been impeccable, with minimal debt without acquiring business capital loans. Currently, my credit score is 652; before my husband?s illness, it was always ?AA.? My financial situation is very good and with the new growth of my business, improving rapidly. I have no problem currently meeting all financial obligations. Rebuilding and upgrading my credit history is EXTREMELY important to me. The Prosper loan will be one of my first priorities each month. The payment will be automatically withdrawn. As with all my past and present financial responsibilities, I promise to make all my payments on time. Defaulting on this loan is not an option for me. Thank you for considering my listing, I appreciate your support.< |
