Purpose of loan: I'm starting up a franchise opportunity that allows me to do what I love, which is work with people face to face, travel, and make money, all at the same time. This is my 2nd attempt to fund the business loan. The income below is my current job, but projected earnings will be 60% more than what is listed below. I also have a payment of $431 that is factored into my debt ratio, which is a co-signed loan and I do not make payments on it. My financial situation: I am a smart investor who knows how to locate a great opportunity. I currently have 3 successful rental properties, one which is pending sale for roughly $30,000. I currently work full time but will dedicate my time to making this new business a success. I have a proven track record with making payments on time and being able to handle multiple debts.
