Purpose of loan: (explain what you will be using this loan for) The loan will be used to payoff and close credit cards accounts and installment loans connected to my wife's home based business. This will open the possibility of purchasing a house that will have enough to house her business. We would like to buy at this time because interest rates are low and we have found a house in a development that is closing out and offers enough room for this purpose. The incentives being offered make it a good time to buy now. We must move quickly to be able to secure the house.
