Hello. My name is Angie. I'm currently a lender on prosper as well and I'm just looking for some cash to obtain my real estate sales license. I have taken the course and passed the test just need to pay all the MLS fees and license fees. I have a broker that I'm going to be working with that is my real estate agent currently with my house flipping. I have one home listed now for sale here in Great Falls MT, 1111 7th ave no, and as soon as it sells I plan on paying off this loan. The money from this loan will also help me pay some of my bills until I have a closing scheduled either from my flip or being an agent. I did have one loan on here prior to requesting this one for christmas cash last year that I paid off within 3 months of obtaining the loan. Thanks! |
